I had the great privilege of providing some art for the Bozeman ice fest this past December. The paintings were from areas around Hyalite canyon and commemorated the ice fest's 20th anniversary.

May 15, 2016 will be the grand opening of Beartooth Mountain Guides store front in Red Lodge, Montana. The shop is located in the old square and all are welcome to enjoy beverages and climb on the mobile climbing wall. I will be selling trucker hats with my art work at the store all summer long.
Swing on by for good food, drinks, and fun.
My name is Loren Rausch and I grew up in the hills of Montana. I am inspired by the mountains, cultures, and people that have touched me. I paint in watercolor, mostly local scenes, and from location or from pictures I have personally taken. Every painting has a story and like the small pika that lives among the images the paintings are intertwined with the fabric of place. I hope you enjoy the art. Pika Art.
